(1) Prepared Speech (within 8 minutes)

When the Speech exceeds 8 minutes, the speaker will be asked to stop and the speaker will be demoted. (For example if the speaker was originally 2nd place, he or she will be demoted to 3rd place.

Speaker cannot bring their manuscripts on to the stage.

Prompters are not allowed at the contest.

After the Q&A session, you have 2 minutes to judge each speaker.

After 2 minutes have passed, the master of ceremony will announce the next speaker.

 

(2)Question and Answer Session (4 minutes)

Question asked within 3 minutes will be valid. The lase 1 minutes is only for answering.
